Return & Refund Policy

All custom printed products (including but not limited to personalized apparel, mugs, banners, business cards, and any item printed with a custom design) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Since these items are made specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun.

Exceptions may be made only in cases where the product is defective or the printing error is on our part. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.


Ready-Made (Non-Custom) Products — 14-Day Return Policy

For ready-made products that do not involve custom printing, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The original packaging is intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email/contact] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Custom printed products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned after 14 days
